AIM ProviderPortal Registration

Each member of your staff who enters genetic testing order requests will need to register in the AIM ProviderPortalSM.

Here's how to do it:

Step one Go to www.providerportal.com and select "Register Now" to launch the AIM registration wizard
Step two Select "Ordering Provider"
Step three Choose your state and your patient's health plan
Step four Enter your contact information
Step five Create a username and password
Step six Enter provider Tax ID number(s) and/or NPI number(s) as requested
Step seven Check your inbox for an email from AIM. Click on the link to confirm
