On-demand training
BCBS plans of IL, MT, NM, OK, and TX in cooperation with Carelon invite you to take advantage of on demand provider portal recorded training on how to:
- Create and submit prior authorization and post service medical necessity review requests, update an existing request, and retrieve your order summary
- Check the status of your requests
- Get tips and shortcuts to navigate the system
To access on-demand training:
- Log into www.providerportal.com
- Click on Help Desk icon
- Click on the Tutorials icon to access training sessions for: Advanced Imaging/Cardiology, Genetic Testing, Joint/Spine Management and Pain Management, Radiation Therapy, MSK Therapies (Rehabilitation) or Medical Oncology
