easier to use.
These include:
- More intuitive interface utilizes terminology and messaging familiar to you
- Flexible options to enter and search for diagnostic and procedure codes
- Multiple exams now may be entered for review within one request
- Clinical details may be tailored for faster review
- Order summaries can be sent to you and others, a more convenient way to access and edit*
your requests and inform others. They can also be saved as a PDF.
- Online review are now available post-service, providing greater accessibility
- Patients’ health plan member number will now be required when initiating a new order or checking order
status, providing enhanced protection of your patients’ private health information
- Redesigned Order Request Preview and Order Summary screens
- Greater consistency and enhanced readability across all AIM online applications
- CTP codes are now displayed throughout order screens to provide greater detail where you need it
- Clearer, more descriptive messaging saves you time when selecting providers
- Order History screen now displays both an order outcome and a reason status, helping you better understand review decisions
- When the diagnostic code you enter is not available in ProviderPortal, you will now be prompted to select the main reason for the exam requested
- Fax number will be required at intake to ensure we have the most up-to-date contact information
- A print button has been added to clinical entry screens, allowing you to print your screen at any time
